Oodles the Talking Poodle

But right here's a poodle who really uses his noodle: it's Oodles!
Oodles the Tal-king......POODLE! *ding* ♪♪

Did a little Sonic-styled Rugrats fan-art of sort late last year in Art Academy: Sketchpad and only just finished it up earlier this month.  Kind of feels like Inception up in here, since I did a fan-art of an imaginary cartoon within a cartoon.  "Oodles the Talking Poodle" taken from the Rugrats episode "Spike the Wonder Dog".

I have a funny feeling I'm the only one who's ever done a picture of this guy.  Wouldn't surprise me, honestly.

Oh how I love being a 90s kid.
