Quick Oekaki PC pic I did of Reign recently in his updated look with a psychic aura around him...and wow, this came out really lame. XP And his eyes are supposed to turn purple when he uses his psychic abilities. I was too lazy to re-add extra GIMP effects since it froze on me....<.<;

So freaking lame....:lmao:

Heh, well I used the Alt+Ctl+Del option to shut it down. :P

And yeah, you kinda can't cuz it's on his side at this angle..and his shirt's kinda blocking the way with the way I drew it. XP
